I am a teacher and a guide, an educator and a phenomenologist, a scholar and student of the world’s religions and wisdom traditions, and an ordained rabbi and adept meditator.
I hold a doctorate in religious studies with a research focus on the intersection of sociology and theology through the prism of identity construction.
I have been a peripatetic world-traveler and am now a mostly sedentary soul.
I love being with people and am grateful for my solitude.
I am interested in the world ‘out there’ and the worlds ‘in here,’ and the varied ways they overlap and intersect.
I play the guitar every day and appreciate new music almost as often.
I am a son, a brother, a spouse, a parent, and a friend.
