Dr. Nicholas Pearce, an award-winning professor of management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, founder and CEO of The Vocati Group, a boutique global executive advisory consultancy, and megachurch pastor of Chicago's historic Apostolic Church of God, will share his groundbreaking work on the role of purpose in growing impact in both business and faith. He has served as adviser, executive coach, and keynote speaker for Fortune 500 corporations, social impact organizations, governments, and communities of faith on six continents. He serves as a trustee of numerous philanthropic and civic engagement institutions and has been in featured in global media outlets including The Atlantic, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, Fast Company, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.


Dr. Pearce has a Ph.D. in Management & Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an Sc.B. in Chemical Engineering & Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a concentration in Religious Studies earned in conjunction with Harvard Divinity School.


In his book The Purpose Path: A Guide to Pursuing Your Authentic Life's Work, Dr. Pearce invites us to reflect on how many of the world's most successful companies -- Apple, Disney, Google -- are not simply profit-driven, but purpose-driven, centering the reason for which they were created to drive their strategy. He challenges us to reflect on how our purpose drives the work we do. How can we find the inspiration to pursue our authentic life's work?
