BACKGROUND

Funded by UJA-Federation of New York, the Spark Fellowship guides teams of 3-5 professional and lay leaders from each participating institution through a practical design process of empathizing, learning, ideating, and prototyping two innovations. The goal of the fellowship is not only to develop and test the products of the innovation process, but to use those two design cycles as a practice ground for learning the design cycle and integrating it into the institution's everyday practices.
