There is an endless curiosity I have about the human experience as it relates to the body which propels my desire to learn, educate and support others. I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered in their health with access to the tools and information to do so. Through my own healing journey there has been an opening to deepen my spiritual practice which has aided greatly in my healing.
