Rabbi Leah Sternberg is the Assistant Rabbi at Congregation B’nai Jeshurun in Short Hills, NJ. She is one of the rabbis of NY Tribe, a community in NYC which inspires young adults to find meaning and build community.

She received her Rabbinic ordination in 2019 from Hebrew Union College’s Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles, where she also earned a Master’s Degree in Hebrew Letters and a certificate in Jewish Nonprofit Management from the Zelikow School at HUC-JIR. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area.
