We're thrilled to welcome Cameron Chaleff, our Innovation Intern, to the Glean Team! A Junior at Brown University, Cameron is passionate about using design thinking as a tool for social change, has taken courses in designing humanity-centered robots, was the valedictorian of his high school, and a National Hispanic Scholar in 2016. With gratitude for his year of dedicated service to Glean Network, we wish Alan Harlam - our Director of Spiritual Entrepreneurship - the best of luck as his journey of coaching, teaching, and pursuing purposeful leadership continues. During his time with us, Alan brought an abundance of wisdom from his background in social entrepreneurship and applied it seamlessly to our work in the realm of faith. That wisdom guided a refocusing of Glean Network's theory of change, the launch of our new mentoring program, and the redesigning of our Spark Fellowship curriculum in order to better serve innovation teams working in legacy institutions.
