Melina currently serves as the Strategic Programs Administrator for UCC Church Building & Loan Fund. Melina plays key role in overseeing and implementing the strategic programs including the launching of CB&LF's Adese Fellowship, a spiritual entrepreneurial program. She has led the team for the last six years in the creation of the programmatic framework for the Adese Fellowship, a yearlong program to guide spiritual entrepreneurs in the development of their mission focused ventures.
